Telstra Pain

Got a text from Telstra around dinner time - our line tests OK and if I don’t call them they’ll consider it fixed. Still no dialtone or ADSL.

On the fourth call back to them, they’re going to organize a tech to come out. Who knows when that’ll be as they’ve got an issue with creating the ticket and need to call their own tech support.
