Stuffed Cannelloni
Sabriena made stuffed Cannelloni for dinner tonight
- she wanted to make Manicotti, but alas it appeared Coles do not stock the requisite noodles.
Most of the stuff was the same as her Mom would have made it, but she did deviate a little… For example not par-boiling the noodles, which actually worked out quite well despite the fact the oven here is about rat shit.
Duncan helped too, which I think tickled him more than anyone. I was also quite surprised he got his mouth around saying the word “Manicotti.” Absolutely no concerns about his speech development.
