No, this isn’t another meta post.

ESL One Cologne Counterstrike tournament is going on at the moment, and I wanted to watch it live with my good friend Neil. The former Vox Eminor team are looking sharp, and the US teams look like they’re actually showing up again.

Unfortunately because of the time difference, it starts at about 11PM AEST. That’s bedtime!

I managed to catch the first game between NiP and CLG, but I just couldn’t stay up. For some reason I slept poorly last night as well, I feel like I’ve had about two hours sleep. I watched some highlights of the Renegades (former Vox) game with TSM, the first five rounds were majestic. But honestly, I can’t really watch a CS game if it’s not live. I’ve never been a big sports watcher, but if I know how it ends I don’t really see the point in watching more than the highlights.

It’d be nice if there was an asian Major for a game I care about, with teams I care about, so I could watch it during the day for once.
