Sabriena’s legal!
In to Talbot to the post office today, because Sabriena has a letter we have to sign for. It turns out it’s her visa notice - she’s officially legal to live here. I’m quite impressed with the turnaround of DIAC once they get the ball going. It takes forever and a day (over 12 months) to get them to start writing you, but once they request paperwork and you mail it, they were very prompt (I mailed the last of the paperwork off Monday).
So that was some good news for today, still without phone/internet though. Writing this from a very spotty 4G connection. :(
