Independence Day Fireworks
I just noticed I never posted any of the photos Sabriena and I took during July 4th. We have a new camera this year, but I kind-of-sort-of prefer the photos the old camera took. I think 2 second exposure, particularly without a tripod, loses a little something with the fireworks, compared to just lucking out and capturing them at the right time with a relatively quicker exposure.
So next year, I'd like to have a tripod, and I think I'll play with regular night-time settings and using rapidfire for some of the pictures as well.
They did come out rather pretty though, and the new camera actually picks up some of the colors, but anyway.. here they are.
